Transport and assembly

In Trimo we don’t just manufacture your modular units, we will adapt them to your individual needs, deliver as well as assemble them at your chosen location.

TRANSPORT

Transport of containers is simple and fast. Standard unit dimensions are adapted to all means of transport that are used for the transportation of ISO containers.

Containers can be supplied already assembled or unassembled in transport packages, 660 mm in height. Transport of containers in transportation packages is more cost-efficient and their assembly at the location is simple.

ASSEMBLY

When modular units are delivered in transport packages, the assembly takes place on-site. To ensure normal operations, a lift is required to help elevate the ceiling element and enables access to other components of the modular unit.
During the first phase all four support columns are erected and the ceiling fixed onto them.
During the second phase, façade and interior walls are assembled and in the third other finishing elements and sanitary facilities, as well as other installations.
In the last phase, the modular unit is connected to the appropriate power, water, and sewage supply. The unit can additionally be equipped with an overhang, projecting roof, secondary roof, and façade or other decorative elements, if required. And with that the container is ready for use.
