Electrical and sanitary installations

In order to provide a safe connection to the grid every modular unit is equipped with a suitable CEE 5-pole 5 x 32 A connection socket or plug and protection power supply switch 40/4E-0.03A with corresponding 10A and 16A fuses, respectively, in the unit itself and earthed with a galvanized connector with a cross clip, measuring 60 x 60 mm. Access to all connections is enabled by a flush-mounted electrical fuse box which is adapted to individual customer needs.

The distribution of sanitary and waste water is surface-mounted and the façade wall provides all the connectors needed to connect to a suitable infrastructure.  



ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

Containers are fitted with electrical installations, subject to agreement.

We build in:
  • distribution box
  • single (double) fluorescent lamps
  • external lights
  • flush-mounted sockets and telephone connection plugs
  • wall ventilator
  • electrical wall heaters
  • smoke detector
  • air-conditioning units
  • cable channel with sockets
  • other equipment, subject to agreement



SANITARY INSTALLATIONS

The sanitary equipment of modular units can consist of:
  • toilet
  • sink
  • shower cabin
  • urinal
  • electric boiler of the required capacity
  • floor siphon
  • toilet cabin
  • wash basin
  • sanitary equipment for the handicapped and other sanitary equipment, subject to agreement
